He is the Founding partner of Across Legal. Ignacio is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, an associate of the ABA (American Bar Association) and a member of the IBA (International Bar Association) Expert in Venture Capital and M&A, both in national and international operations and, especially, those related to the US.
He has a long experience and the specialization of international business law and corporate law. Throughout his career, he has provided his professional services in several prestigious national and international law firms. He worked in Chicago for a renowned corporate and international law firm, advising European companies on their business in the United States.
