This Thursday, Chambers and Partners has published a new edition of its ranking of law firms in Europe. Once again, and for the third consecutive year, the directory has recognised Across Legal in its ranking of the best law firms in the venture capital category.
Ignacio Lacasa, founding partner of the firm, has also been recognised individually by the directory for his specialisation in Venture Capital. Across Legal SLP specialises in venture capital and M&A, both in domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly in the US.
Since its foundation in 2006, Across Legal has advised more than 500 local and international transactions.
