Clevertask is a technology consultancy specialized in digital transformation and in the development of innovative technology solutions. It has a team of 200 professionals distributed across four locations in Barcelona, Madrid and Andorra.
Since the early 2000s, Grupo Alten has invested in the Spanish market through its eponymous subsidiary, Alten Spain, and now strengthens its offer in the market through the strategic acquisition of Clevertask. This alliance is undoubtedly a necessary step to take Clevertask to the next level, that of generating new opportunities and new capabilities for its teams and customers. The company will continue to operate under the guidance of its founders and current management team while benefiting from the synergies, expertise and corporate services of the Alten Group.
