Mobile Media Content has closed a €2.5 million financing round to boost the international growth of its 3D Digital Venue platform. Caixa Capital Risc has led the round, which has also included the participation of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, SPODEAL Capital. Across Legal advised Caixa Capital Risc on the transaction.
Mobile Media Content focuses its activity on digitizing sports or cultural facilities (creating “digital twins”), to automate the production of content and distribute it through the SaaS 3D Digital Venue platform. With offices in Barcelona and San Francisco, it offers technological services to thousands of events in 18 countries. More than half of its business comes from the 5 professional leagues in the American market: NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB and MLS. In Europe, it has a broad presence in sports clubs in the different professional soccer leagues, such as LaLiga, the Premier League, Serie A, or in motor racing events such as Formula 1.
