We welcome Eduardo Baamonde de Luis to our team, who joins Across Legal as a lawyer specialising in corporate and commercial law.
Eduardo will be part of the department led by our partner Miguel Ángel Martínez Conde. He specialises in corporate and contractual matters and representation in civil and commercial litigation of SMEs in the tourism and construction sectors. He has advised on litigation in competition law, corporate matters and maritime law, as well as on administrative liability. In addition, he has extensive experience in insolvency law, both in insolvency proceedings at all stages and in the filing of insolvency proceedings.
