Turicleta, a company specializing in sustainable mobility solutions for rural tourism, has closed its first round of financing of €500,000, with participation from Fondo Bolsa Social. The Across Legal team led by Alex Plana and Virginia Botella advised the investors.
Turicleta, which began operating in 2023 under the leadership of its co-founders Alberto Gómez-Chacón and Mariana Boadella, aims to scale up its model of electric bike rental stations in rural areas throughout Spain.
Alberto Gómez-Chacón, CEO of Turicleta, commented: “This investment represents a key step in consolidating our network of stations and bringing our sustainable mobility model to more corners of rural Spain. We are convinced that cycle tourism is a powerful tool for boosting the local economy, attracting visitors, and promoting environmentally friendly tourism. We are grateful to the Social Stock Market Fund for its commitment to a model that combines innovation, sustainability, and social impact.”
