Fortifi Food Processing Solutions has added Softvic to its family of companies. Softvic was advised by Across Legal, with a team led by Ignacio Lacasa, Luis Tatay, and Carlos Almajano Pellegrini.
Softvic, which operates under the Kais Software brand in Barcelona, is a leading developer of proprietary ERP systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems. Fortifi is a global leader in food processing equipment and automation solutions.

All Kais employees will join Fortifi’s employee ownership program, allowing them to benefit from company equity.
