Of counsel Tax at Across Legal, since 2022, Sergio Crespo Minguilón is a lawyer specialising in tax advice with more than 25 years of professional experience with a diverse range of clients, with special emphasis on large national and multinational companies and large family estates.
He has extensive experience in direct corporate taxation (Corporate Tax) and personal taxation (Personal Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Inheritance and Gift Tax) and indirect taxation (VAT and Transfer Tax). He has collaborated in numerous corporate restructuring processes and acquisitions (M&A) and has extensive experience in tax claims before the Courts.
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Pompeu Fabra University.
He began his professional career in the tax department of PwC (Price), trained mainly at Garrigues and has been a partner at Cuatrecasas Abogados.
