English (solicitor) and Spanish lawyer, member of the E+W Law Society and the Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advogacia de Barcelona (Barcelona Bar Association). He has a degree in Business Administration (ESCP, Paris) and Law (London), and initially trained and practiced at Slaughter and May, London.
Malcolm has extensive experience in matters involving information technologies, both nationally and internationally, with a special focus on open source software and content law. He has participated in several R&D projects and has written and taught on all aspects of ICT law, e-commerce and the regulation of Internet activities. He participates “pro bono” in several communities and free software projects.
