Juan Cárdenas

With a law degree from ICADE (Specialization E-1), Juan is an attorney specializing in providing legal counsel to startups at various stages of development. Throughout his career, he has worked at various law firms, as an independent attorney, and most recently as an in-house General Counsel, which has given him a broad and comprehensive understanding of the profession as well as the internal operations and legal requirements of companies.
In 2024, he founded a project to provide legal counsel to startups, entrepreneurs, and investors, offering assistance in areas such as company formation and launch, funding rounds, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, employee incentive plans (ESOPs, phantom shares), commercial contracts, and investment and M&A transactions.
He regularly collaborates and participates in entrepreneurship-related initiatives organized by various institutions. In 2026, he joined ACROSS LEGAL as a partner in the Madrid office.
