ACROSS LEGAL has advised Orbio AI and its founders, Sergi Bastardas, Nacho Travesí, and Antonio Melé, on the closing of its Series A funding round, led by Dawn Capital and featuring participation from Visionaries, Plus Partners, and Enzo Ventures.
Orbio AI is a Spanish company specializing in 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 applications to human resources teams, with a presence in more than 20 countries across Europe, the United States, and Latin America, and clients in sectors such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, and staffing.
The transaction will enable the company to strengthen its international expansion and continue developing AI agents capable of supporting the entire employee lifecycle: from talent attraction and selection to professional development, retention, and engagement.
