Minsait, Indra’s technology subsidiary, has acquired the telecommunications consultancy Nae, with headquarters in Barcelona. Across Legal has been the legal advisor to Nae’s shareholders throughout the process, with a team comprising Ignacio Lacasa, Darío Jiménez and Carlos Almajano.
Founded in 2004, Nae has more than 350 consultants between its offices in Spain and Colombia, which function as continental hubs. It currently works with the most important players in the sector, from large corporations to public administrations.
For its part, Minsait is the leading IT and digital transformation consultancy firm, with revenues of over €2.5 billion in 2022. Thanks to this transaction, it will consolidate its position as the leading provider of services focused on the telecommunications industry to accelerate its penetration in Europe and Latin America.
The combination of the two companies will create the leader in the telecommunications consulting sector in Spain and Latin America. Throughout the process, Across Legal has worked closely with BlueBull, Nae’s financial advisor.
