Across Legal, a leading firm in legal advice for corporate transactions, has announced the incorporation of Luis Tatay as Head of the Corporate Department in Valencia. This strategic signing reinforces the firm’s presence in Valencia, one of the key regions for the growth of the technology sector in Spain, only surpassed by Catalonia and Madrid.
Luis Tatay comes to Across Legal with 12 years of experience in M&A, venture capital, corporate and litigation. He has recently been nominated for the prestigious ‘Lawyer of the Year M&A’ award at the Forty under 40 Awards 2024, for which he was already nominated in 2022 and was included in the Best Lawyers directory in 2023. Before joining Across Legal, Tatay was the head of the Legal area at Grant Thornton in the Valencian Community, establishing himself as a leading figure in the legal-business field.
The incorporation of Tatay is part of Across Legal’s expansion strategy in Valencia.
