ACROSS LEGAL, together with MORSE, has advised InfiniteWatch, a technology startup specialized in AI-driven customer experience, on its $4 million pre-seed funding round (€3.4M).
The transaction was led by Base10 Partners, with participation from Kfund, Kibo Ventures, LifeX Ventures, Calafia, scouts from Sequoia Capital and Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), as well as several unicorn founders.
InfiniteWatch was created to become the observability layer for AI systems, enabling companies to monitor real-world interactions (web, voice, and AI agents), detect errors in real time, and prioritize incidents based on their actual impact on business performance, reputation, and customer experience.
