The one hundred percent digital neobank Unibo, created specifically for real estate professionals, has closed a second round of investment for 600,000 euros in which new strategic partners have been brought in. Across Legal has advised Unibo throughout the process.
In parallel, Unibo has launched a crowdfunding for real estate professionals, as many real estate professionals had shown interest in participating more closely in the project, with which it hopes to raise a further 525,000 euros.
The round launched by the entity, which already closed a similar operation in 2021 for 500,000 euros, has been led by Draper B1 and has been attended by several offices of property managers from different autonomous communities.
In addition, several business angels and private investors completed the transaction.
The co-founder and CEO of Unibo, Pedro García, is pleased that the vast majority of the company’s investors have participated in the second round, which “confirms their confidence and commitment to the future of the project”.
