We advised the seller in the purchase of Masvoz, specialized in cloud communications, Enreach
Enreach, a European unified communications group, acquired Masvoz, a firm specialized in the cloud segment for companies, with the aim of strengthening its position in the Spanish market. The sellers were advised by Across Legal in their exit.
Following the deal, Masvoz continued to operate independently, but benefiting from the group’s synergies. In addition, it kept its headquarters in Barcelona and Alfred Nesweda, co-founder and CEO of Masvoz, continued to lead the business alongside his partners, Santi Vernet and Xavier Blasco.
With this purchase, Masvoz managed to consolidate itself in Spain and bet on its growth in the European market. Its CEO, Alfred Nesweda, assured, at the time of the operation: “We are excited to be part of Enreach, a strong partner that shares our focus on efficient communication as a way to enrich relationships.”
