Between Technology became a shareholder in Madrid-based Hopla! Software whcih, after the operation, has maintained its independence. Juan Zamora, Founder and CEO of Hopla !, as well as his management team, became shareholders of The Talent Club.
Hopla! Software was founded in 2013 in order to help companies in their digital transformation processes through the modernization of their applications and infrastructures. Currently, they have clients in Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Italy, Portugal, Bolivia or Chile, among which are BBVA, Telefónica, Adif, Santander or Iberdrola. The company have experts with more than 20 years of experience in projects with open source technologies.
The company began to be a part of The Talent Club. This company, with offices in Paris and Madrid, was born in 2015 with the aim of investing in talent management companies related to technology, sports, entertainment or executive recruitment. A few months after its creation, The Talent Club acquired 80% of Between, which has been part of the consortium ever since.
Between Technology was founded in 2015 after the merger of Solid Engineering and Addiciona Servicios Informáticos and focuses on offering technological services associated with the development of digital transformation projects through its three main business areas: Outsourcing and Consulting, Technological Solutions and the Specialized Selection. Although its headquarters are in Barcelona, it has four offices in Spain, one in Liverpool (United Kingdom) and three in Asia (Singapore, China and Malaysia).
