We advised the sellers on the acquisition of the Spanish company CAPSiDE to the Japanese multinational NTT.
The Japanese NTT acquired 100% of the Catalan Capside. Until now, the company was controlled by a group of private shareholders who were advised by Across Legal throughout the process.
