Its integration expands Merkle’s CRM capabilities in the local market by adding expertise across the full suite of Salesforce Cloud technologies.
The Dentsu group has more than 2,000 Salesforce experts and more than 5,000 certifications worldwide. This positioning enables the company to deliver customer experience transformation solutions that are aligned with Salesforce cloud capabilities.
Founded in 2002, Omega CRM has established itself as one of the leading Salesforce technology implementation and marketing services companies in Europe, with more than 550 employees at its headquarters in Granada, nine offices in Spain and a work centre in France.
