Wide Eyes Technologies has joined forces with Stylitics, a leader in ecommerce and AI-powered styling technology. Wide Eyes’ technology, which has one of the leading visual AI solutions in the fashion and retail industry, enhances Stylitics’ platform with its image recognition and artificial intelligence that facilitates product discovery. Across Legal advised Wide Eyes Technologies in the process.
As part of the deal, Wide Eyes’ team of engineers and customer success professionals in Spain will become part of Stylitics. CEO and co-founder, Luis Manent, and other key executives will also join the company’s management team.
