Bookline accelerates its international expansion with a €3.5 million Series A round
At ACROSS LEGAL, we advised bookline.ai —a startup specialized in artificial intelligence agents for the hospitality sector— on its €3.5 million Series A funding round.
The round was led by ICF Capital, with participation from Sabadell Venture Capital and Faraday Venture Partners. This investment will enable Bookline to:

🔹 Expand its team and develop new AI-based products
🔹 Strengthen its position as a leading strategic partner in the hospitality industry
📊 Bookline currently manages over €450M in bookings and serves a client base of 1,700+ across Europe and LATAM, including restaurants, hotels, and campgrounds.
Legal counsel was led by Àlex Plana Paluzie (Partner) and Virginia Botella Roca.
