His experience is especially valuable to us: he has understood the needs of companies from very different perspectives.
Juan has developed his career advising technical companies, entrepreneurs and investors, both from offices and independently and, later, as a General Manager Conssel in House.
In 2024, he took another step forward and launched his own project specializing in providing legal support to growing companies, participating in funding rounds, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, incentive plans, and investment and M&A transactions.
An experience that aligns directly with our approach to consulting: understanding the law, but also understanding the business, its timelines, and the decisions behind each transaction.
