Barcelona, April 27, 2026.– Across Legal SLP has promoted Marc Pereta, previously a senior associate in the Venture Capital and M&A practice group, to partner in recognition of his track record and contribution to the firm’s growth.
With this promotion, the firm underscores its commitment to developing internal talent and ensures continuity in one of its key practice areas amid growing activity in the venture capital and M&A markets, particularly within the technology ecosystem.
Marc Pereta joined the firm in November 2015 and has spent his entire professional career at Across Legal SLP. Over the years, he has accumulated solid experience in venture capital and M&A transactions, advising startups and high-growth companies, as well as family offices and venture capital funds.
His practice focuses on the structuring and negotiation of investment rounds, corporate governance, corporate restructurings, and M&A transactions. He has participated in numerous significant transactions within the technology and innovation ecosystem, including the sale of IriusRisk, a company specializing in threat modeling and application security solutions, to ThreatModeler; GCO Ventures’ (Grupo Catalana Occidente) investment in Cuideo, a digital home care platform; the €20 million funding round for Red Points, a technology company specializing in anti-piracy solutions; the €10 million funding round for Sequentia Biotech, a bioinformatics company focused on the analysis and application of omics data; and the approximately €13 million funding round for Murphy AI, in which he advised one of the investors (Enzo Ventures).
