Spanish home care startup Cuideo has integrated Felizvita, in a deal that has been advised by Across Legal.
Following the transaction, the co-founders of Felizvita, Marta Cuesta López and Guillermo Molina Valiente, are now part of the founding team of Cuideo, along with Adrià Buzón Lausín and the brothers Roberto Valdes and Alejandro Valdés Gandarillas, with Guillermo Molina becoming Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), leading the commercial area of Cuideo and the business development area (B2B). On the other hand, Marta Cuesta will head the HR area.
This summer, Cuideo raised 5 million euros in its Series B financing round, also advised by Across Legal. The operation counted on the participation of Atresmedia as a new investor which, together with Inderhabs Investments and Mundi Ventures, shareholders of the company, trusted in Cuideo’s growth potential and its ambition to change a traditional sector that is in the midst of a digital revolution.
